What is a 360 lace frontal wig?

Our 360 lace frontal wigs are all hand made with a lace cap. They are manufactured with thin lace sewn on top of the cap. Individual hairs are then sewn onto the thin lace. Each lace wig has lace all 360 around the unit which will need to be cut prior to securing the wig to your head. Lace in the front is 4.5” and 2” at the back. It can be worn without glue with combs and adjustable elastic band inside the wig. You will need to cut along the hairline around your entire head. By doing so, you will be able to wear your hair anyway you like. You can even style ponytails, etc. Once the wig is successfully applied, it will appear that all the hair is growing directly from your head!

How to measure your head for a wig?

In order to buy the lace frontal wigs which can perfectly fit you, you should take your measurements carefully. Before you start pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort the contour of your head.

 

1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hair line around the head and nape of the neck.
2. Front to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
3. Ear to Ear across forehead: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of sideburn, up across the hair line along forehead to same point in front of another ear.
4. Ear to Ear over top: Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear.
5. Temple to Temple round back: From temple to temple across the back of head.
6. Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck.

   Will the lace color fit for me?

   Our wigs except for some blonde units all come in light brown lace which has been proved that it fits the most skin tones. 

   Can the hair be dyed?
   Yes, our hair is 100% human hair, you can dye the hair if you want, but pay attention to the bleached knots on the top, don't mess it up.  Colored wigs can't be re-dyed into colors lighter than its original color.  We don't customize colors for our wigs.

   Can I wash my LAMOURHAIRS?

   Absolutely, try staying away from shampoos with sulfate in them and use hydrating conditioners! Leave-in conditioners and heat protectants will prolong your Lamourhairs life span.

   How often do I wash my LAMOURHAIRS?

   ONLY wash your Lamourhairs when they look like they absolutely need it! As they are not attached to your scalp, they don't receive the natural oils as our own hair does! So there is no need to wash them as often as you wash your own hair.

   My Lamourhairs are shedding, what do I do?

   Some shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your Lamourhairs are shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us. 

    

   What is the yaki texture and what is the difference between yaki and silky?

   The yaki texture is a result of the process we do to your wig that adds a micro kink to the hair strands to mimic ethnic hair that is relaxed and/or textured. The silky straight hair texture is the natural state of the Indian Hair as it comes from the donor. If you are Caucasian, we recommend you choose silky texture.

   What are bleached knots?

   By this, the knot will be a lighter and the whole lace wig will look more natural similar as its own natural hair. On dark color hair, we suggest you to use this procedure. The lace wig with bleached knots will also look natural.

    

   How do you deliver the lace frontal wigs and how long will it take to receive my wig after I place an order?

   Lamourhairs delivers all wigs by FEDEX or DHL.

   NOTE: all kinky texture wigs and some curly styles will be delayed 7-10 working days

   The time we are talking about is a business day and may be delayed if we encounter holidays. There will be delays for processing orders during the peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.

   For our customers that choose use Shop Pay installments, please note that it may take an additional 1-2 business days for delivery

    

   Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

   When your wig has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided; the tracking number will be attached in the email. Then you can check the status of shipment.

    

   Can I change the shipping address when I ordered?

   If you want to change your shipping address, you should send email
   in stock wigs: in 24 hours
   custom wigs: in 15 days
   If you don't tell us within the appropriate time, we will ship your order to your initial shipping address, if you cannot receive it we are not responsible for it so please be sure about your shipping address.

    

   Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

   We are unable to provide delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO address).

    

   Shipping fee

   LAMOURHAIRS　provides free international shipping for all wig hairs. 

   **Import Duties, Taxes on International Shipments**
   Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.

    

   Will I be subjected to taxes?

   Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country.  Lamourhairs is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.

    

   Payment method

   What’s payment method can I use?  And do you offer Payment Plan/Installment Plan/After Pay?

   We accept payment from Shop Pay/Shop Pay installment, G pay, Apple pay, credit card and debit card. 

   Note: Shop Pay installment plan allows the customers to Pay in 4 interest-free installments. However, that will take additional 1-2 business days for delivery due to the verification process.
